About: Nigel Rathbone is a British actor who is perhaps best known for playing Steve Forbes in thirty three episodes of the TV series The Gentle Touch (1980-1984) as well as his role as Arpad Laszlo in the BBC TV play She Loves Me (1979). He played Tim Barber in ten episodes of Look and Read (1967-2004) and he also starred alongside Bob Hoskins in the TV series Pennies from Heaven (1978-1979) in the episode "Painting the Clouds". He also made appearances in films such as No Blade of Grass (1970), The Boy Who Turned Yellow (1972) and Home Before Midnight (1979). During his life he also worked on TV commercials for Birds Eye Burgers.
