About: Lawrence Gordon Clark (born 15 June 1938) is an English television director and producer. He is best known for "A Ghost Story for Christmas", which was a series of telefilm adaptations of (mostly) M.R. James ghost stories, broadcast annually by the BBC throughout the 1970s.
