Overview

While Semra and President Ahi are reading their local newspapers at the Boğaz Körler Derneği (Boğaz Blind Association), an interesting development takes place that will change their lives. The ministry has sent a fax announcing its intention to participate in the Chinese Paralympics. This fax causes quite a stir among the association members.
